Hellocon is back!

Many of you have probably heard of Hellocon aka Helsinki lolita convention, which is an annual lolita event held here in Finland! The event is one of the largest events dedicated solely on lolita fashion!

I have been part of the organisation team of Hellocon since the very first event four years ago, each year with more responsibilities and this year I am going to be head organizer to help out our other head organizer Jenni! Hellocon has crown enormously since the first event and I am truly amazed how far we have gotten since the first event! Hellocon has physically become so big we actually had to get a new venue for this year!!

Hellocon is the to go to event for Finnish lolitas as well as lolitas from our neighboring countries! It is also the best place for new comers to learn about the fashion and of course buy clothing.  For me the reason why I am part of Hellocon is same why I originally founded Cloudberry Lady; to help the growth of lolita fashion and the community. I dare say Hellocon plays a huge role in bringing our community together! The whole organisation of Hellocon is a huge community effort from the organization team, volunteers and of course the fabulous people hosting program at Hellocon!
I am super excited with this years event with the amazing program we have prepared and of course our guest of honor that is a legend in lolita fashion: Baby the stars shine bright!

Hellocon eli Helsinki lolita convention tulee taas! Näin kun työn puolesta olen käynyt melkein kaikki isoimmat lolita tapahtumat läpi niin voin sanoa että Hellocon on yksi maailman suurimmista (ja parhaista :D ) lolita spesifeistä tapahtumista! Ja se on täällä Suomessa!

La vie en Rose

Few weeks a go we attended one of the biggest lolita events in Europe; La vie en Rose by Street Fashion Europe and French Cafe!

We were happy to have a selling booth and showcase our new collection at the designers fashion show. The whole event was just amazing! The venue was super gorgeous hotel du Collectionneur, there was many Japanese special guests and the visitors themselves had put so much effort in their outfits! With so many unique outfits, this event was definitely the place to catch the most recent and upcoming lolita trends!

For me the best part was to see my wonderful lolita friends from different countries and meet other lolita creators and to make new friends! <3

I somehow managed to forget my camera to our apartment, but luckily other people took photos and gave permission to use them. :)

If you have been wondering if we are attending any events this year the answer is yes! Planning to participate many events this year and the first of them will be the amazing Street Fashion Europe event La vie en Rose in Paris!

The event is just few months away and I'm super busy with all the preparations! We will be bringing a lots of new  head wear, clothing and accessories with us and I hope you all are looking forward to meet us there! 

I'm also really excited with the looks we are preparing for the fashion show! It will be something really different! <3

HelloCon 2014

Moi!

HelloCon 2014 was held 1st of February and ofcourse we had to participate! :3
I was also part of the organisation team so I can not tell much of the actual convention since I was just running around like crazy the whole day.

At the convention we had a stand and we took part to the designers fashion show.

The outfits we presented were inspired by reneissance. Knowing Midori Fukasawa would be modelling for us we really wanted to greate something different. Also we didn't want to use a print this time, so I came up with this design. For some of the materials we had to travel to Estonia and making the outfits took a lots of work but I think it was worth the time and effort?

Noniin, nyt on HelLo con sitten ohi!
Oli kyllä ihan mielettömän mahtava päivä, ohjelma oli mainiota ja väkeä tuli paikalle yli odotusten!

HelLo con was a awesome event with lots of high quality program and I had a superp day!
 A lots of people showed up which made me really happy. Our fashion show went well and the event was very succesfull in every way! Also the Lolita Complex concert was great! <3

Ensimmäisenä Cloudberry Ladyn muotinäytös! Bonnetit ovat Cloudberry Ladyn uusi aluevaltaus, samoin Emma Tsurumoton kanssa yhteistyössä tehdyt kengät jotka näkyvät asuissa 2,3 ja 5.

First is our fashion show, the bonnets and shoes (made in collaboration with fottwear designer Emma Tsurumoto) are part of our completely new product range!

HelLo Con!

HelLo again!

"HelLoCon on lauantaina 23.2.2013 Kulttuuriareena Glorialla Helsingissä ensimmäistä kertaa järjestettävä tapahtuma japanilaisen lolita-katumuodin harrastajille ja siitä kiinnostuneille.

Ohjelmassa on mm. muotinäytöksiä, työpajoja sekä luentoja. Tapahtumasta löytyy sekä myyntipöytiä että kirpputorialue, ja paikalla on edustettuna useita kotimaisia indiebrändejä. Tule tekemään löytöjä!

The quest of honor is baby the stars shine bright model Tocco and her band Lolita Complex! 

The band will have a concert after the event! :3

 Most of the program will be in Finnish,  but the numerous fashion shows and workshops suit to those who don’t know the language. Also the Q&A of Lolita Complex will be in english!

Cloudberry Lady on tietenkin paikalla myymässä ja sen lisäksi järjestää indie brändien muotinäytöksen! Lolita convention 2012 part II

Last summer we went to the lolita convention in Paris! First we were just planning to take a selling stand but the organizers asked if Cloudberry Lady could participate to the fashion show too.. ;)

Lolita Convention

We are attending lolita convention 2012 in Paris! The event is on 8th-9th of July. Recently we have been working hard on new products for the selling stand we have there. Going to take lots of bloomers with us, this time there's two new bloomer collections available: Sparkly space attack-bloomers and Country style Air Princess-bloomers!

The selling stand is not all we are doing at the convention; we were also asked to take part to the young designers fashion show! At the show we'll present our up coming collection, not telling you what it is but here's a hint: it glows in the dark!
